Meet The Owner

ELana CarLson is the soLe owner of Fantzye, but she’s had pLenty of heLp aLong the way. 

With over ten years of hospitality experience, she has worked in most aspects of the business: front & back of house and operations management. She’s been lucky enough to work with many creative and hard-working people while building Fantzye and before it.

As an owner, she is deeply committed to furthering the evolution of hospitality to a better, more sustainable industry, where employees are paid a living wage and are able to live healthy, balanced lives.
